TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ATTIC ACCESS NI
INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Attic Access NI's services, including the installation and maintenance of attic ladders, flooring, and other related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
DEFINITIONS
In these Terms:
"Attic Access NI" means Attic Access NI, a company registered in Northern Ireland with a registered office at Unit 11-9A, Blackstaff Commercial Complex, 81 Springfield Road, Belfast BT127AE, UK.
"Customer" means the person, firm, or company who purchases the Services from Attic Access NI.
"Services" means the installation and maintenance of attic ladders, flooring, and other related services provided by Attic Access NI.
BOOKING
To book our Services, the Customer must provide us with their name, address, email address, and phone number. The Customer must also provide us with accurate information about the property where the Services are to be provided, including the type of attic and any access issues that may arise.
PRICING
The price for the Services will be agreed between Attic Access NI and the Customer at the time of booking. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Attic Access NI reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but such changes will not affect any bookings that have already been confirmed.
PAYMENT
The Customer must pay the full price for the Services upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. Attic Access NI reserves the right to charge interest on any outstanding amounts at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS
The Customer may cancel or postpone the Services by giving us at least 24 hours' notice. If the Customer fails to give us 24 hours' notice.
WARRANTIES
Attic Access NI warrants that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Attic Access NI further warrants that all materials used in the Services will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
LIABILITY
Attic Access NI will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the Services, except for death or personal injury resulting from Attic Access NI's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
FORCE MAJEURE
Attic Access NI will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, and natural disasters.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Northern Ireland. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Attic Access NI and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions between the parties relating to the Services. The Customer acknowledges that they have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not set out in these Terms.
AMENDMENT
Attic Access NI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on its website. The amended Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. The Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to ensure that they are aware of any changes.
ASSIGNMENT
Attic Access NI may assign or subcontract any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Customer.
WAIVER
No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
NOTICES
Any notice required or permitted to be given under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand, sent by prepaid first-class post, or sent by email to the address of the relevant party set out in these Terms or such other address as may be notified by that party from time to time.

The Customer acknowledges that they have read these Terms and agrees to be bound by them.
